CANCELLATION POLICY Life happens we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Your deposit can be rolled over one time to a new date. If less than 24 hours notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. 50% of service will be charged. EX. You left a $35 deposit and your appt is $100 an additional $15 will be charged to pay for 50% of your service. Thanks for respecting our time together! NO SHOW POLICY No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This time is reserved just for you, so please respect the booking by showing up or canceling in advance. LATE POLICY There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it’s $1 per minute late after that if I have time, If I don’t have time your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Please plan accordingly to ensure you get the full experience you deserve! REFILL POLICY Please Note: To book a fill, your previous lash extension set must have been done by me. I do not work over or fill lash sets done by other artists (no foreign fills).
